I really didn't set out to buy a Honda Accord, though I previously owned a 2013 EX-L. But I know that they are very reliable cars and have great resale value.I simply went online and Google my price range. Then, I set up appointments on Thursday, 3/26 with about five different dealers, including Used Car Factory. This was my third stop; I also had two other vehicles there to look at. But, I test drove the 2016 Honda Accord EX Coupe CVT—no other was necessary!Buying was simple as Carlos, who is knowledgeable and easygoing, also gave me a 30-day Warranty on the engine and transmission. He also met my out-the-door price, gave me the CarFax, and fixed the 2 issues before I took possession! This was my BEST car buying experience, ever!

I want to say Carlos is one of the fairest and most honest individuals I’ve ever met purchasing a vehicle. I told him the car I wanted and he immediately told what minor issues the car had and also the great things about the car. I would buy a car from him any day and I recommend that you not walk, but run to Used Car Factory. Thanks for my 2017 Infiniti Q70. Carlos is also a veteran helping veterans like myself.

Carlos was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and its history. Also knew about fixing vehicles and gave us piece of mind knowing we purchased a good reliable truck! My wife liked how the chevy silverado drove and looked. Buying was simple and they give you a 30 day warranty on the engine and transmission. Good vehicles at a fair price, come and see them for your next vehicle!
