I want to say Carlos is one of the fairest and most honest individuals I’ve ever met purchasing a vehicle. I told him the car I wanted and he immediately told what minor issues the car had and also the great things about the car. I would buy a car from him any day and I recommend that you not walk, but run to Used Car Factory. Thanks for my 2017 Infiniti Q70. Carlos is also a veteran helping veterans like myself.

Carlos was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and its history. Also knew about fixing vehicles and gave us piece of mind knowing we purchased a good reliable truck! My wife liked how the chevy silverado drove and looked. Buying was simple and they give you a 30 day warranty on the engine and transmission. Good vehicles at a fair price, come and see them for your next vehicle!

I waited to make this review after purchasing a 2019 BMW X3 from Carlos. I purchased my SUV back in April so it has been roughly 3 months. I wanted to make sure the great service I received when I walked in the door the first time was genuine and consistent and that the car was a quality car. I can verify that Carlos and his team all deserve 10 stars. He was easy to communicate with, very affordable, and just an all around great guy! He stood true to his word on everything since day one with price, plate, warranty, everything! I have never had an easier and comfortable car buying experience before coming here. I have been searching for several months, between Facebook marketplace and dealers. My boyfriend discovered Used Car Factory LLC, and I am grateful he did. We worked with Carlos, and he was friendly and helpful and made the process go much more smoothly than I expected.I now have a car I am not afraid to drive.
